A delicious and healthy recipe for our Thyme Olive Oil. Gluten free!
- chopped green onions
- chopped cucumber
- half of a red pepper, minced
- chopped flat parsley
- minced garlic
- 4 tablespoons of Thyme Olive Oil
- juice of 1 ½ lemons
- 2 cups of prepared quinoa
Mix well, then add:
- 1 cup of halved, sweet cherub tomatoes
- crumbled feta
